According to the Guidelines, the Board shall review and recommend for approval the following:
1) General Use Policy
2) The general assignment of space
3) Space changes to the facility
4) The annual budget and any mid-year budget adjustments. The budget and any adjustments shall be submitted through the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and Campus Recreation and/or designee for campus approval. In addition, the Board shall receive periodic budget performance reports.
5) Rent assessments
6) Hours of operation
