The electronic polls for your 2007-08 Associated Graduate Students (AGS) president and council members are open from May 18-25.

Please visit http://www.elections.uci.edu/ to read candidate statements to cast your votes. You will need your UCInet ID and password to verify your graduate/professional status and your academic unit (e.g., school, college, or department).

These important elections will choose the stewards of your primary campus-wide advocacy and representation to campus administrators, including the Chancellor, Vice Chancellors, Deans, and Academic Senate committees. AGS council members also decide on allocations of some student fees, help direct the Anthill Pub & Grille (re-opening in a new location this fall), plan social events, and pass resolutions on issues ranging from housing policy to sustainability practices.
