As per Roberts Rules of Order, last meeting we publicly announced our intention to amend the bylaws as per Resolution 06-17 (the eAGS resolution). This means that we may thusly amend the bylaws with a simple majority of quorum.

REMEMBER: If you have to leave early, come late or cannot show up, please proxy your vote to another council member. Publicly announce any proxies by posting who you are proxying your vote to on the council mailing list (council@ags.uci.edu) at least 24 hours in advance.
