WHEREAS AGS intends to support early voting initiatives every year , and

WHEREAS related costs such as the $336 parking bill below do come up, and

LET IT THEREFORE BE RESOLVED THAT AGS should allocate $336 from Special Projects to create an Early Voting budget item under Campus Community Support for the 2007-2008 budget.  For years following 2007-08, $400 will be set aside in the general AGS budget for Early Voting.
