WHEREAS the AGS Constitution Article V, Section 5 states that the VP Finance and President of AGS are authorized to prepare a budget for the fiscal year starting July 1^st.

WHEREAS Section E, Part 1 and Part 3 of the bylaws states that AGS should have a working budget prepared for the new council members in order to resume normal monetary activities.

WHEREAS a working budget will allow AGS to implement summer operations in an organized and clear manner.

LET IT THEREFORE BE RESOLVED that AGS approves the following working budget for the’09/’10 fiscal year.
