Interpretations of the Dental Survey Results

I've put some of the dental survey data into a word file so that it is readable by everyone. The tables/charts on the first four pages contain the information of current interest; that is, info regarding the free text responses and corrected satisfaction rate. Without correction, the satisfaction rate is normally distributed. However, when only those who indicated having used GSHIP dental benefits are included, "mostly satisfied" wins by a tiny margin. I included the other stuff in case anyone was interested in graphical representation of the other survey items.
