AGS works to maximize access and affordability of on-campus housing resources for all graduate students. In addition, we work with elected resident councils to put forward the concerns of graduate student residents with UCI Administration. Palo Verde
Palo Verde is a graduate and family community with 652 unfurnished apartments in three- and four-story buildings. Each apartment comes with a stove, refrigerator, window and floor coverings. All apartments have ethernet connection and cable TV connections. 

Verano Place
Verano Place is a graduate and family apartment community located on the east campus, housing roughly 1,250 students in 862 unfurnished apartments. Verano serves graduate students and undergraduates who are 25 or older, and students with families. Please see the links on the left for more information.

Vista del Campo/Vista del Campo Norte
Vista del Campo and Vista del Campo Norte are privately owned and managed apartment communities located on the UC Irvine campus, offering furnished apartments to single students who are sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate students.
