The duties of the VP Finance include:

The Vice President of Financial Affairs (VP Financial) assumes all duties related to the expenditure of AGS resources.
The VP Financial assumes the powers of the President should the VP Admin, Internal and the President be unavailable or have resigned.
The duties of the VP Financial include, but are not limited to:
- Administer and prepare the annual AGS budget.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Serve on the Registration Fee Committee.
- Maintain and monitor usage of all AGS property and office equipment including phone, computer, and copier.
- Coordinate fund raising.
- Act as the sole executive officer for the AGS Anthill Pub & Grille.
- Chair of the Pub Advisory Board
- Supervise the Business and Finance Committee.
