House Rules:  Feats, Druid rules, Ranger rules

Toughness (General)
The first time a character takes this feat, he receives 3 bonus permanent hitpoints.  This feat may be taken more than once, and its benefits stack. When Toughness is taken an additional time, the character receives the same number of bonus hitpoints as before, plus one.  For instance, Tordek is a 4th level human fighter, and has taken Toughness three times.  He receives three bonus hitpoints for the first feat, four for the second, and five for the third, for a total of twelve bonus hitpoints.
-- modified by Greycoat
Optional Note:  A character who takes both Toughness and Endurance feat gets a synergy bonus of fast healing.  They heal at 1.5 times the normal rate.

A different take on Toughness:  The Toughness feat scales by level as follows: at Levels 1-4 it confers +3 h.p.; at Levels 5-8 it confers +4 h.p.; at Levels 9-12 it confers +5 h.p.; at Levels 13-16 it confers +6 h.p.; at Levels 17-20 it confers +7 h.p.

Druid

The druid's weapon selection has been modified as follows:

Proficient:  Club, Dagger, Dart, Half Spear, Staff, Sickle, Shortspear, Sling, and Javelin

Obtainable with the Martial Weapons Feat:  Great Club, Shortbow, Scimitar, Scythe, Falchion, and Longspear

Obtainable with the Exotic Weapon Feat:  Whip, Bolas, Net
Note:  If a druid multi-classes with a class that has access to the martial weapons, then s/he need not spend a feat to become proficient with them.

Combat Unnatural:  Druids have a special tool to combat aberrations and undead.  Due to their hatred of the unnatural, druids receive special favor upon themselves and allies and bring disfavor to their enemies when battling unnatural creatures. The druid and her allies gain a +1 luck bonus on attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saves, and skill checks, while foes suffer a -1 penalty on such rolls. This supernatural ability can be used 1 time/day + the Druids CHA modifier.

Range: Affects the druid and all allies within a 30 ft. radius around the druid

Duration: 1 round/level + CHA modifier

Ranger variant

Rangers gain a bonus feat of Toughness at 1st level.  Rangers do not gain any pseudo feats -- ever.

Armor change:  Rangers are only proficient with light armor and shields by default.  They may gain proficiency in other armor types via feat slots.

Rangers gain 6 skill points per level (plus Int bonus).

At second, sixth, tenth, fourteenth, and eighteenth level a ranger gains a bonus "ranger feat" from the following list:

Ranger Bonus Feat List
Ambidexterity
Point Blank Shot
Two-Weapon Fighting
Precise Shot
Iron Will
Skill Focus: any one skill
Endurance
Toughness
Improved Two-Weapon Fighting
Shot on the Run
Far Shot
Rapid Shot

Note:  Unlike with pseudo feats, the Ranger must meet the pre-requisites for these bonus feats.

Except for these changes, my ranger variant is the same as in the PHB (i.e., saves, BAB, spells, favored enemy, tracking, etc.)
