ABC has announced a date for the TV movie. "Forgotten Sins." The movie, based off of Larry Wright's book, "Remembeirng Satan" will air March 7th. We would prefer another day than a Thursday, as this means we have to compete with "Seinfeld" (ER will not be on that night) The movie stars William Devane as Dr. Ofshe and John Shea as Matthew Bradshaw(Paul Ingram) I think ABC did an excellent job on the film. It will portray an accurate story about the Paul Ingram case. Please encourage your friends and family to watch the film. We will be going before the sate of Washington's Pardon and Clemency Board on June 7th 1996. The hearing will be in Olympia, Washington, most likely in the John Obrien Building. Since this is Paul Ingram's "court of last resort", I want to encourage people to show up for the hearing to support Paul. It will be important also for you to continue to call, write, fax and E-Mail Governor Mike Lowry. Even if you have written or called, please do it again. The old name "Paul Ingram Right To A Fair Trial Organization" has been changed to: "Ingram Organization" We have changed the name because we have branched out to help others who have been falsely accused and are now in prison. If you remember our last newsletter we told you about Jenny Wilcox and Robert Aldridge in Ohio. They have been in prison for eleven years. They will have a hearing February 13 through the 16th. If you would like a copy of Dr. Gardner's press release contact us and we will send it to you. Dr. Ofshe, Dr. Garnder, and Dr. Loftus have offered their testimony on a pro bono basis. His daughter denied the accusations but he was prosecuted anyway and sentenced to 10-25 years in prison. Kristen recently appeared on Donahue program. He has asked me to include his daughter's flyer in our next newsletter. If you would like more information about his case feel free to contact us. I think there is a great need for a nationwide organization to combat all these false imprisonment cases. I know there are many grass-roots organizations across the country. If there were some way to combine all our efforts into one, I strongly believe we would have positive results in most of these cases. If you have any ideas, write me and share them with me. I have negotiated an agreement with Paul's lawyers. They have agreed to forego all the interest on his legal fees. We now owe $70,000.00, and they have agreed to accept monthly payments.
