Resolution 10-19 Hire New Staff: Documentarian

 WHEREAS the AGS Constitution Article IV. Section 2c. states that AGS Council has the authority to create Staff positions and make appointments to these positions,

 WHEREAS past AGS legislation, minutes, agendas and other documents are scattered, unorganized, and un-catalogued.

 LET IT THEREFORE BE RESOLVED that AGS employ Council Member Angela Hawk to sort, organize, create electronic copies and catalogue AGS documents as deemed necessary by the VP Admin.

LET IT FUTHER BE RESOLVED that AGS pay her $300 from Office Supplies upon completion of this task.
