Resolution 10-45 Council Appointments

WHEREAS AGS functions best when all graduate students are represented

WHEREAS the AGS Bylaws states “the Executive Council is empowered to appoint a graduate student to a vacant seat only in the event that there are no second place candidates in the prior election, or where those persons decline the opportunity to serve.” in Membership Provisions, Sec. G.

WHEREAS the after-mentioned AGS members were elected by vote and have demonstrated commitment by attendance.

LET IT THEREFORE BE RESOLVED THAT Matt Plunkett from the School of Law is appointed AGS an council member.
