Bill 13-12 To Fund PA System Purchase for AGS Social Events

 WHEREAS Article V, Section 6 of the AGS constitution encourages funding of events that serve to “improve the social and academic environment of UCI campus for graduate students,”

WHEREAS AGS hosts or funds a large number of events which require or would benefit from the presence of a PA system,

WHEREAS the AGS bylaws stipulate that purchases over $400 must be approved by a majority vote of council,

LET IT THEREFORE BE RESOLVED that AGS will fund up to $1000 from the President's Contingency Fund for the purchase of a PA system to be retained by AGS.
