Resolution 13-40 Appointment of AGS Chief of Staff

   WHEREAS the AGS Constitution Article IV. Section 2c. states that AGS Council has the authority to create Staff positions and make appointments to these positions,

WHEREAS staff members facilitate the AGS Council's ability to function both within and outside of campus. 

WHEREAS the appointed staff member will perform the role and responsibilities stated in the attached Chief of Staff Role and Responsibilities document.

WHEREAS Alexandra Race has served as Programs Director during the summer term and successfully overseen the production of new AGS events and resources.

WHEREAS Alexandra Race's appointment as Programs Director ends October 1, 2013.

 
LET IT THEREFORE BE RESOLVED that AGS employ Alexandra Race as the AGS Chief of Staff.

LET IT FURTHER BE RESOLVED that AGS pay Alexandra Race $200 per month from October 1, 2013 to June 15, 2014.
