Resolution 13-42 To Appoint Emma Mah as a Council Member

 WHEREAS AGS functions best when all graduate students are represented

WHEREAS the AGS Bylaws states “the Executive Council is empowered to appoint a graduate student to a vacant seat only in the event that there are no second place candidates in the prior election, or where those persons decline the opportunity to serve.” in Membership Provisions, Sec. G.

WHEREAS vacant seats exist for the School of Engineering.

WHEREAS the after-mentioned AGS member is an Engineering graduate student and has demonstrated interest and commitment to the position.

LET IT THEREFORE BE RESOLVED THAT Emma Mah is appointed a council member representing the School of Engineering.
