Resolution 14-07 To Appoint Wind Woods as a Council Member

WHEREAS AGS functions best when all graduate students are represented.

WHEREAS the AGS Bylaws states “the Executive Council is empowered to appoint a graduate student to a vacant seat only in the event that there are no second place candidates in the prior election, or where those persons decline the opportunity to serve.” in Membership Provisions, Sec. G.

WHEREAS The School of the Arts has one vacant council seat available.

WHEREAS the after-mentioned AGS member was nominated by Nicole Winter, VP Internal, as a candidate and has demonstrated interest and commitment to the position.

LET IT THEREFORE BE RESOLVED THAT Wind Woods is appointed a council member representing the School of the Arts.
